This office building was built in the midst of booming urban redevelopments along Mapo Ro which began since 1980. In Its basic form, the building is dominated by a simple mass which is clad with the curtain wall system of dark brown aluminium and glass. The access to the building is designed to have a complete separation of a circulation for the pedestrian and vehicular, the main entrance at the front of the building is exclusively for pedestrians and the rear access is for the vehicular traffic. Although the overall form of the building is of a simple box, its curtain walls are carefully treated with very elaborate details and its cost conscious interior spaces allow highly effective uses of the building.
