This building is located at an important connecting point out of the center of Busan. This building focused on the front image against roads of four sides in consideration of the environments of ambient towns, and axes of main entrance roads of two directions became one. Also, the form of this building is made up in consideration of a function of a landmark of a region and an image of a building with advanced functions, and for an uprising image of the building, the facade was formed by division and overlapping of a closed layer and an opened layer. Public service facilities are on lower floors, communication &machine rooms on medium floors, and offices on higher floors for giving proper environment for their functional characters. And the entrance line by the function is separated for each convenient use, the natural light and natural air are accepted fully by selecting a central core style, the modulation of a plane gives flexibility of use, and the main direction is southern for maximum sunlight and view. As Busan Tele-communication Center is applied by the idea of an intelegent building, the height of a ceiling and the inside space are planed for increasing comforts and it is considered to make it easy to accept an advanced technology.
